Foot Pain

Physiotherapy for ankle and foot pain in Barnsley

A poorly rehabilitated sprain is one of the most common reasons ankle problems come back, so we do more than settle the pain. Through our physiotherapy in Barnsley we rebuild strength, balance and control so the ankle and foot are ready for the demands of daily life and sport.

Getting back to running and sport

If your goal is to return to running or sport, we guide your strength and mobility training and progress you back safely. Foot and ankle problems often sit alongside wider sports injuries, and we plan your return with that in mind.

FAQ’s

Frequently asked questions

Sometimes you can continue with modified running, and sometimes you need to reduce it for a period. The right loading is the key, and we will guide how much is safe.
They help some people but are not a fix for everyone. We look at strength, movement and load first, and advise on footwear or insoles if they are likely to help.
